This years Late Night 'Winter Wonderland' Shopping event will be taking place on the evening of Friday 2nd December. As in previous years, first refusal for pitches in the Pannier Market will be offered to those who had a stall the previous year. The deadline for re-bookings for previous stall holders will be FRIDAY 7th OCTOBER. After this date, applications from new stall holders will be considered by the Winter Wonderland Committee with the successful applicants being notified by EMAIL by FRIDAY 14th OCTOBER
PLEASE NOTE THE SUBMISSION OF THIS FORM DOES NOT IN ANY WAY CONSTITUTE A BOOKING OR CONFIRMATION OF A BOOKING AT THE 2011 CHRISTMAS WINTER WONDERLAND EVENT.
STALLHOLDERS FROM 2010 WILL BE CONTACTED DIRECTLY BY THE SMBA & DO NOT NEED TO COMPLETE THIS FORM
Please note that applications will only be considered if the goods/services sold relate directly to Christmas. The Late Night Winter Wonderland Event IS NOT a normal Thursday/Saturday Pannier Market and is run solely by the South Molton Business Association and not by South Molton Town Council.
30' x 10' = £95.00. Electricity = £7.00
Please note that full prepayment for stalls is required by Friday 18th November. Payment for stalls 'on the night' is no longer accepted. There are NO refunds applicable for any cancellation (whatever the reason) after Friday 18th November
